a christmas in northern ireland.
As I’m currently on exchange, flying back to Canada for Christmas would be pointless, so I spent part of my holidays up in Northern Ireland with my aunt and uncle in Ballymena. The majority of my days were spent relaxing and attempting to work on my COMM2125 research essay. My aunt and uncle were working most of the days I was visiting, but they took me out on Christmas day for a few hours of sightseeing. We took a scenic drive along the coastline and I also got to visit Belfast for a good 45 minutes. My aunt also cooked up a fabulously delicious Christmas dinner complete with lamb, turkey, mash, and vegetables. I felt like my stomach was going to burst after dinner. All in all, it was a lovely Christmas away from home!
Here are some pictures of my short trip…
It was crazy windy along the coastline!

Hope you all had a lovely Christmas and happy new year to you all as well!
